We want to let you know that one of your strong young men has provided exceptional service to us during recent snowstorms. He has hopped out of the truck to shovel tricky spots, and he helped to push my son's car out of a snowpile, late at night, so that he could clear the parking spot for him. We appreciate the great job he's been doing, and we wanted you to know.
